Timetravel
Developed in the long-term course Image and Motion (KISD, 2021/22), Timetravel was created with an international team as a cross-cultural video project. Originally conceived as a collaboration with Parsons New York, the pandemic shifted the work into a self-organized production across Cologne, Venice, and Amsterdam.
The film takes dough as its main character—symbolizing cultural connection, transformation, and time. Interwoven with poetry and narration, the video explores how bread and pastries reflect histories of scarcity, abundance, and fast consumption, while linking different cities, time zones, and social contexts.

Transmission
Developed at the Faculty of Arts, Universidade de Aveiro (2023), Transmission is a metaphorical video installation exploring existence as a transference of space and time. A lemon (limão) serves as a symbolic element, representing beginnings, endings, and the transient nature of life.
Filmed across Portugal—from the harvest in the Algarve to urban spaces in Porto—the work integrates dynamic tracking shots and the Fado song Limão by Raquel Tavares, creating a poetic link between personal interpretation and Portuguese cultural heritage.
The installation was exhibited at the Museu de Aveiro / Santa Joana in June 2023.
SELECTED WORKS Animations
2023
com-moon-all
Created at Politecnico di Milano (2023) within the course Space4Inspira(c)tion in cooperation with the European Space Agency (ESA), this animation brought to life the experiential journey of our group project Com-Moon-all. Developed together with Gabriella Miles and Jules Coffineau Rolland, it visualizes how astronauts might negotiate territory and belonging on the Moon while sustaining symbolic connections to Earth. Through moving images, the animation conveys phases of adaptation, community-building, and memory, transforming speculative exploration into a dynamic narrative of interdependence between human presence and extraterrestrial environments.
